Description: This course begins with the premise that human behavior significantly impacts the management of organizations. Based on this idea, the course engages students in learning about leadership styles, motivations, power structures, authority structure, collaboration, and performance measurements, all of which contribute to employee- and/or manager effectiveness in contemporary organizations. This course also covers group dynamics, worker satisfaction, morale, productivity, office politics, and conflict management.
Prerequisites: Junior or Senior standing or by Instructor Approval
